this is objectively the best way to use cbpsdb.

needs vita-make-fself with elf digest installed in path

bugs:

• if the download takes to long the vita will time out you need to do it again then.
• ANY app with extra fselfs except eboot.bin will not work because im lazy and this is dumb
• blah blah sce tool
• kinda slow because it needs to download the whole vpk and cant stream it
• needs to be paginated or settings gets an null ptr exception lol
• idk you can probs send some weird path and rm -rf my whole server
• ugly hacky os.system and stuff
